This is a rub made with Tellicherry pepper, considered one of the finest peppers in the world containing robust and complex flavors.  You can only get this in peppercorn so we grind this up ourselves and it’s extremely fresh.  It has the pepper spice, but will give you much more aroma for those pepper heads.  This rub goes great on just about anything as a salt pepper substitute. TX Black also contains a "BORN ON" date so you know when this rub was packaged and born for the freshness.  It’s also a black style rub so it will give you that dark black bark finish that everyone looks for.
